Clean Eating Spaghetti Recipe

2 T Wildtree Garlic Grapeseed oil (can be purchased at Wildtree's website) or olive oil
1 lb mild Italian sausage
3T minced garlic
8 oz package mushrooms
handful of spinach leaves
6 oz can tomato paste
28 oz can crushed tomatoes
3 T Wildtree Hearty Spaghetti Sauce Blend (Wildtree's website) or Italian seasoning or basil and oregano

And boy was it fantastic ... take THAT Olive Garden!
I couldn't even buy one bowl of pasta this good there for less than $10, and I fed my family of 4 with it.
You could substitute ground turkey or ground chicken for the Italian sausage, although the sausage adds amazing flavor to this dish. You could even substitute beans for the meat for a vegetarian and even CHEAPER option.
